CharitX is a mostly free platform: free to register, free to join challenges, free to create challenges, free access to the partner portal, where organizations and brands can customize their gamification logic.
Of course, the goal is to support good causes, so, amount of donations are always fully up to you. You can give as little or as much as you like, even symbolic amounts.
The only cost is a small transaction fee (see above), which is fixed and not based on the amount donated. This fee is crucial to us, it helps keep the CharitX platform performing at its best, so we can continue to engage more donors and amplify impact.
Our goal is to keep investing in the platform, the more we grow, the more users we reach, the more causes we support, and the more celebrities, influencers, and partners we can involve.
That means millions of people worldwide having fun, doing good, and winning rewards along the way.

Approximately more than 95% of your donation goes directly to the charity or foundation you choose.
The remaining 4,90% is retained by CharitX to reinvest in the platform, improving features, scaling impact, and engaging more donors worldwide.
Any bank or payment provider fees (from services like Amazon Pay, Stripe, Google Pay, or credit cards) are applied separately and are not controlled by CharitX.
These fees generally range between 1,50% and 3,50%, depending on the provider and the country.

With CharitX, your donation has maximum impact, our target is to always be over 90% of the original amount reaches the chosen cause.
