Anyone! Whether you’re an individual, influencer, celebrity, nonprofit, or brand, you can create challenges to engage your community and raise funds for causes that matter.
Choose a challenge from the app or website, attach a symbolic or generous donation, and follow the challenge rules. If the challenge is successful, your donation is made and you’ll earn points to unlock exclusive rewards!
If the challenge isn’t completed successfully, your donation stays in your digital wallet. Only if you want, You can use it for future challenges. And don’t worry you still earn points for participating!
There are three main types:
- Official Event Challenges – automatically published by CharitX, based on major sports and entertainment events.
- User-Created Event Challenges – inspired by official events but personalized and launched by anyone
- Fully Custom Challenges – completely independent, unique ideas created and launched by anyone.

Donations are only processed when a challenge is successfully completed. If not, your pledged amount remains in your wallet to use elsewhere.

You can track all your active challenges and performance directly in the CharitX app or on the web platform.
Yes. At CharitX, your privacy is our top priority. We do not store or process sensitive data directly. Information related to your credit or debit cards, as well as your digital wallets, is never kept on our systems: it always remains securely managed by the trusted payment providers you already use, in full compliance with security and privacy regulations.
Every transaction is recorded on the blockchain and visible in your Activity History within the app or portal, giving you full transparency and peace of mind.
Once you confirm your participation and pledge an amount, the challenge becomes active and cannot be canceled. If the challenge is successfully completed, your pledged donation will be automatically transferred, no further authorization is required.
